Thank you for shopping with CardSave Online. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times (United Kingdom)
We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Standard: 2–4 working days
- Tracked / Express: 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can occasionally be affected by the carrier or busy periods.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: £3.99
- Tracked / Express: £6.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over £30
Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
Every order is carefully packed to protect your cards and accessories. If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll put it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
